On October 22, 2022, the Strategic Planning Committee presented a proposed Strategic Plan for the Game Trail community at a Town Hall meeting.
The Strategic Plan includes their recommendations to the Board of Directors on what the most important current and future priorities are and the course of action to address them. The plan will later be discussed by our Board of Directors for decision at a Board meeting.
Guest Speaker and Facilitator Louie Blanc, MMH, PCAM facilitated the meeting. Louie is an expert in Colorado homeowner associations, the strategic planning process, and working with communities just like Game Trail.
